Larry T. Uyeda – President and Chief
Executive Officer
As CEO, Mr. Larry T. Uyeda directs a full
scope of development, finance and acquisition services backed by more
than 30 years of real estate development experience.
Beginning his career in the financial
industry, working with financial institutions and investors, and
expanding his opportunities to office and retail centers, high-rise
office buildings, mixed-use developments and hotels, Uyeda gained a
reputation for developing properties that worked within each of the
communities they served.
Over the past three decades, Uyeda
successfully completed more than 2 billion dollars in major
developments, with his premiere property being, The Greater Los Angeles
World Trade Center in downtown Long Beach, a public/private partnership.
Completing a number of build-to-suit developments and specializing in
assisting and establishing global business partnerships in the Pacific
Rim, Uyeda works with federal, state, local and international
governments on design development and construction projects, while also
attracting and organizing trade, real estate, financing and development
opportunities.
Mr. Uyeda expanded JCA’s scope in the
international trade arena with the formation of the JCA de Mexico
offices in Mexcio City and Guadalajara and creating a trade division for
JCA which handles trade and product marketing between Japan, China and
the Americas.
Mr. Uyeda serves on the board of the World
Trade Center Association/Los Angeles Economic Development Corporation,
organizations serving the southland’s five county region and its
business communities. Uyeda also serves on numerous community and
non-profit boards throughout the Greater Long Beach and Los Angeles
areas.
Stephen J. Holloway – Chief Financial
Officer
As CFO of JCA Resources, Holloway directs
all accounting, financial and investment activities in Mexico and the
United States. With over 20 years in financial accounting, and property
management, Holloway’s career brings extensive experience in real estate
development, financial management and deal structuring to JCA. Mr.
Holloway previously has worked for companies such as IDM with its 100
affiliated corporations, joint ventures and limited partnerships and
Kajima Corporation of Japan, one of the largest construction companies
in the world. Holloway’s work on major real estate developments in the
southern California area and his experience in the financial and
property management disciplines needed for these types of development
projects gives JCA clients a global edge with regional focus.
Mr. Holloway directs JCA's operations in the
development of environmentally sustainable building under the USA Green
Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)
system.
David Zanatta – Senior Vice President Marketing
Zanatta brings more than 25 years of
corporate marketing and communications to the JCA Resources team.
Zanatta’s experience in international trade, marketing, public affairs,
public relations and communications adds a strategic advantage in
developing new business for each of JCA’s clients on a global basis.
Zanatta’s background covers executive positions and work at major ports
on the west and east coast as well as working with large commercial and
residential developers throughout the southern California region. Mr.
Zanatta successfully produces programs and develops trade, real estate
and marketing programs in both the public and private sectors. His
experience adds to the senior level communications skills JCA Resources
brings to its clients.
Ing. Salvador Bobadilla – President, JCA
Resources Latin American Operations
As president of JCA’s Latin American
Operations, Bobadilla is responsible for the management and
implementation of cross border projects involving JCA’s offices in
California, Japan, China and Mexico. With his technical background in
engineering, design, development, finance and construction, Bobadilla
has been involved in projects such as electric power plants,
transportation systems (air, rail and vehicular), telecommunications,
water reclamation systems, sewage treatment systems, and environmental
projects both in the USA and in Mexico.
Mr.
Bobadilla is chairman and co-founder of the Long Beach Guadalajara
Friendship City Alliance and the Long Beach Chapter of AMME (Worldwide
Association of Mexicans Abroad). He also serves on the board of the
California Regional Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Wendy
Chou
– Vice President, Asia Operations
Ms.
Chou joined the company as Vice President of Asia Operations.
Previously, Ms. Chou held various management positions at Lucent
Technologies responsible for business and technical sales issues in the
Greater China region for data networking products. Prior to Lucent,
Wendy Chou worked closely with AT&T as a Business Partner managing
e-business projects for multi-national companies such as AT&T Wireless,
Fairchild Fasteners, and SNUGTOP.
Originally from Taipei, Taiwan, with a family heritage from Shanghai,
China, Ms. Chou comes from three generations of international trade with
extensive contacts in Japan, China, and Taiwan.
Gisela
Garcia McLean
–
JCA Project Manager, US/Latin American Operations
Ms. Garcia McLean serves as a JCA Project Manager and coordinates JCA’s
Latin American Operations. Working with Mexican and American companies,
Ms. Garcia manages JCA’s importing and exporting projects throughout the
Pacific Rim.
Ms. Garcia McLean responsibilities include developing JCA marketing
programs and business development opportunities with companies in Mexico
who are importing and exporting to U.S and Asian markets. Garcia
identifies high potential markets, devises market entry strategies and
establishes effective distribution programs targeting Hispanic markets
in the greater Southern California.
